Synopsis:

After the Battle of Halcyon Score, Patrick “Wic” Finnegan and Phantom Team make landfall on Capriana Prime, an unclaimed water world where settlers and one twelve-year-old girl hope to build something that lasts. They name it, print foundations, plant crops, draft a council, and let themselves hope humanity’s worst chapter is behind them.
